SUFFOLK PIG ROAST EST 2021
We offer a 12 hour slow cooked hog roast served in a freshly baked roll, with sage & onion stuffing, home made apple sauce and crunchy crackling. Additional sides and sauces are also available. We provide bio degradable cutlery, plates and serviettes.
We’re a family and friends ran business, currently serving / ex military. We’re reliable, presentable and our food tastes great! So I’m confident we can leave a good impression for your guests, both with the service and the food.

Questions and Answers
Our prize dish is the 12 hour slow roasted british pork served in a bakery fresh roll, with sage & onion stuffing, crackling and apple sauce. We also offer a rustic buffet, a popular veggie/vegan option, children’s free range hotdogs, side dishes like luxury coleslaw, charlotte potato salad or spinach & pine nut pasta salad, additional sauces and homemade desserts.
We are happy to cater for both small and large events. Currently our clients have ranged from small parties of 20 up to large parties of 300+.
Yes! We provide biodegradable plates, wooden knives and forks, and biodegradable napkins. You also have the option to upgrade to bamboo plates.
If your venue has a kitchen, power and water, it is handy for us to utilise them. But don’t panic if your venue is rustic or austere with none of these things! We can be completely self sufficient.
When we started the business in 2021 we cooked whole pigs on site. However we quickly experienced this really put the prices up for our clients and it produced a lot of waste, which just didn’t sit well with us. Since then we have been ordering and cooking the precise amount of pork shoulder needed to cater for each event. There are huge benefits in doing this. Firstly it significantly brings the price down for our clients, secondly there is no waste so it is kinder on the environment and lastly, the taste can be perfected!
Yes indeeeeeed! Delicious homemade brownies, individual cheesecakes, cookie pies, blondies, rocky roads, personalised cupcakes, fresh fruit and anything in-between. We usually bring a variety of desserts in a variety of flavours, but if you have a particular dessert or flavour in mind, just let us know. One of our clients once ordered 90 biscoff cheesecakes!
We have found our prices are very reasonable in comparison to our competitors. As our events are personally tailored to each client, it is difficult put a number on it right now! But please get in contact for a personal quote. We are very responsive and usually respond to quote requests within 24 hours.

Once you’re happy to secure your booking, we ask for a 10% non refundable deposit to secure your date. The outstanding balance doesn’t need to be paid until 2 weeks prior to your event. We accept cash, bank transfers or card payments (these do incur a small additional charge).
